Carolyn Cargill passed away September 1, 2014 at the age of 69 in Kennewick, Washington. Carolyn was born in Houston, Texas on December 16, 1944 to Millard and Hazel Simons. She is survived by her loving husband Barry Cargill, daughter Jordan Tim Sedgwick, son Vess Reynolds, and daughter Kay Don Hardy, grandchildren Jeremy Michelle Simanton, Collin Simanton, Lacey Hardy, Tiara Sedgwick, Zackary Reynolds, 7 great grandchildren and sisters Joy Huddleston and Marilyn Anderson, Mother-in-law Mary Cargill, Brother-in-laws Gary Cargill and Lonnie Cargill Jan and good friend Gloria Estes. Her parents and her bothers Keith and Harold Simons preceded her in death. Carolyn will be remembered for her fun loving and infectious personality that always made family and friends feel welcome. She always prioritized the needs of others over her own and was known by all as "Nana." Whether it was family, friends or a stray dog, Nana was there to help. If someone needed a dollar, she would find a way to give a dollar and a half! A celebration of Carolyn's life will be held at 11:30 AM on September 14, 2014 at Einan's at Sunset, 915 Bypass Highway Richland, WA.
