Patricia D. Mullins, 64, of Richland, WA, passed peacefully into God's Loving Arms October 26, 2014, at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, due to natural causes. She is survived by her daughter Jessica L. Mullins of Kirkland, WA. Also her brother Kenneth M. Smith and wife Sheila, two nieces, Chelsea and Chaney, and one nephew Kyle. Patty was very much loved by her family and many friends she had. She had resided at Wynwood of Columbia Edgewater in Richland. She was an educator and an award winning poet. She had a great sense of humor and a generous heart. She was a member of the local Red Hat Society, and loved to go fishing with her father. Patty graduated from Columbia High School, Richland, in 1968, and received a bachelors degree in Education from Heritage University in Toppenish, WA. Following Patty's wishes, there will be no services. The family would like to thank the hospital staff, doctors, and nurses at Kadlec for their wonderful care, as well as the staff at Wynwood.
