Ray went to with the LORD on February 3^rd, 2015 at age 78 in Richland, WA.

Ray was born February 26, 1936 in Livingston, Montana to ‘Al’ J.A. Webb and Mildred Francis Webb. Ray’s from a family of Park County, Montana Pioneers, great grandparents, William Henry and Sally Francis, home steading in Shields Valley in 1882. His grandmother, Edith Heyer Francis’s family came to the Shields Valle in 1898. His grandmother, Winnie Ellis Webb’s family settled in Livingston in 1901. His grandfather Thurman Webb arrived in 1903.

Ray completed most of his grade school in Livingston. He graduated from Park County High School in 1954. Ray went on to Montana State College in Bozeman where he earned an Engineering Degree in 1959. Later on he earned a MBA via a correspondence school. His chosen career field was heavy construction (bridges, dams, tunnels, canals, freeways, large building, etc.) He was involved in multiple projects which required many family relocations and a considerable amount of single status work assignments. He was involved with construction in most of the states, including Alaska, Canada and Papua New Guinea and Venezuela.

Ray and his soul mate Gay Anne Harris, of Gardiner, Montana were married in the MSC campus chapel in 1960. In 2006 Ray and Gay retired to West Richland, WA to share the growing up of two granddaughters. They became member of West Side Church in Richland, WA,

Ray is preceded in death by his parents Al and Mildred Webb, sister Patricia Iverson, brother Gordon Webb and his son Roger Webb. He is survived by his wife Gay Anne Webb, daughter Darcy Webb of Colorado Springs, daughter-in-law Pam Webb and granddaughters Raelynn and Lydia Webb of Richland, WA.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 1:00pm at Sunset Gardens, 915 Bypass Hwy, Richland, WA.
