Her son Tom was one of my best friends in Marcus Whitman Elementary school, and Carmichael Junior High. She always had her home open for impromptu visits. She was a lovely lady. Rest in peace.
Please accept our sincerest condolences for the loss of your Mother. Though we had never met Nancy, we know she must have been a remarkable woman to have raised such a fine son as Tom. Our thoughts and warm feelings go out to you at this difficult time.
Aunt Nancy will be missed greatly. She filled in as mom when I needed my mom on the Westside, “Aunt Nancy how do I cook this or that?” “The baby has colic, what should I do?” She treated us so well. She and Grandma Morrell treated me and the girls so well, loved going to visit at her house. Hug my mom, grandmas, and my brothers please.
Nancy always treated me with kindness and made me feel welcome in her home. I remember how excited she was to be a grandmother. Rest in peace Nancy.
