Marjorie J. Riley
Marjorie J. Riley passed away on February 1, 2016. She was born in Meadville, PA on October, 20, 1924 and lived in Richland, for 66 years.
Her favorite pastime was playing cards at any time; she just loved her poker games. Her other great interests were learning new techniques in crafting and ceramics. She enjoyed traveling with her family, especially to the beach. She was an avid auto racing fan and loved her football games. Marjorie retired from the Tri-City Herald as a Data Collector and was a great highlight in her career. Marjorie was also a member of Christ the King Church.
Family was very important to Marjorie; she cherished her family celebrations and get together dinners. Christmas Eve’s were always a joyous occasion for her, surrounded by the ones she loved.
Majorie was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Riley, whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her son, Robert Riley, from Studio City, CA; her daughter, Patricia Foster, from Kennewick, WA; granddaughters, Kathi Carlyle, from Kennewick, WA, Tamera Silva (Fausto), from Covington, WA; grandson, Rick Foster and his wife Kasie from Kennewick, WA and 9 great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.
Services will be held at Events at Sunset on Tuesday, February, 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a graveside service at Resthaven cemetery in Richland.
