Lavonne D. Neitzel Rube

Lavonne D. Neitzel Rube was born June 28, 1945 in Breckenridge, North Dakota to Gordon and Dorothy Neitzel and passed away March 20, 2016 in Kennewick, Washington. 

She graduated from Columbia High School in 1964 and worked for Pichel Yearbooks, Tri-City Herald and K-Mart. 

Lavonne married Roy Rube on May 10, 1968 making their home in Kennewick. Lavonne enjoyed baking, arts and crafts, Seattle Mariners, Seahawks, playing casino games and spending time with family. 

Lavonne is preceded in death by her loving husband of 41years Roy; her parents Gordon and Dorothy; twin brothers, Glen and Gail Neitzel and sister, Gloria Haugen.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Goldman (Brad); son, Steven Roy; two grandsons, Greg and Andrew Goldman.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 10:00am at Events at Sunset in Richland, WA with a graveside to follow at Sunset Gardens.
