Orlando Kremmer

Orlando LaMonte Kremmer, 60, of Richland, passed away on July 27, 2016 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. He was born February 2, 1956 in La Crosse, WI.

Orlando grew up playing little league baseball and was a great hitter and runner. He also enjoyed riding his Schwinn bicycle and ice skating on the Mississippi River. When Orlando was older, he became interested in hiking, hunting, fishing, racing cars, bow hunting, collecting antiques, boating and motorcycle riding. One of Orlando’s biggest accomplishments was hiking to the top of Mr. Rainier in June of 1981.

Orlando was an extremely proud fan of his Green Bay Packers but was also a supporter of the Seattle Seahawks, too!

Orlando was a successful welder and was one of the top 5 welders in the United States. He was a proud member of Local Union Hall 598, Pipefitter & Steam Fitters while working with his colleagues at CH2Hill.

He is survived by his the love of his life of 6years, Danielle; mother, Alberta Halverson; sister, Candy Marple; sister, Jane Davis and his brother, Fred Kremmer.

Orlando was preceded in death by his father, LaMonte Charles Kremmer and step-father, Clarence Halverson (aka Blackie).

The family would like for you to join them for the funeral service on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 11:00am at Events at Sunset in Richland, followed by the graveside at Sunset Gardens. A reception will take place immediately following the graveside service at Events at Sunset.
