Richard Bowen, 70, of Richland, WA, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, September 24, 2016. He was born February 26, 1946 to Clyde and Louise Bowen.

He graduated from Richland High School in 1965. He met the love of his life Sandy at Western Baptist Bible College in 1965, and was married in 1967. He was a power operator at Hanford for many years, working his way to management. After retiring, he worked at Albertsons in Richland.

Richard loved spending time with family at the Oregon Coast. He also loved going to Leavenworth. He loved shopping, telling people about Jesus, and he was a great story teller. He made a huge impact on everyone who knew him. He attended Temple Baptist Church, and enjoyed men’s breakfast at Riverview Baptist.

He is survived by his wife Sandy; daughter, Skye (Joe); son, Clyde (Deanna); sister, Pat (Laurence); grandchildren, Jarrod, Zach, Alex, Morgan, and Great Grandson, Xavier.

On Saturday, October 1, 2016 a Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., at Riverview Baptist Church 4921 W. Wernett, Pasco.
