Sandra Carter

Sandra J. Carter passed away on Sunday November 13, 2016, from a yearlong battle with cancer at the age of 71. She was born in Spokane, WA to May and Ralph Duell.

Sandra moved to the Tri-Cities in 1976 with her husband James Carter to start a plumbing business. She started working at Lowes in 1996. She worked full time until June of this year. She worked in the plumbing department and took great pride in this department and all her customers that depended on her.

Sandra loved her flower garden playing bingo and being with her friends and family. She loved to shop and was always looking for the next good deal.

Sandra is survived by her sons Todd Carlon, Tom Carlon (Gerrie), Brett Carter (Tami), Don Carter (Traci) and her grandchildren.

Donations may be made to Tri-Cities Cancer Center.

A Memorial Service for Sandra will be held Monday, November 21 at 2pm at Events at Sunset in Richland.
