Benjamin Jay Klem was born in Rexburg, ID to Benjamin T. and Elinor Joan Klem on October 6, 1958. He passed away on January 8, 2017 and was preceded in by his mother, Joan Klem. Benjamin Jay is survived by father, Benjamin T.; stepmother, Pat Klem; sister, Barbara McDunn (Curt); brothers: Steve Klem (Sandy), Tracy Klem (Pam); many nieces and nephews and Benjamin’s, friend and companion Donna Totten.
Ben spent and worked a lot of time on the A.G. Edwards farm. He was loved by many. He was a member of the Pasco Eagles, Rotary Club, and Columbia River Cowboy Gathering as a director. Ben was always there with a helping hand. We all know he didn’t know how to say, “No.”
Visitation will be held today Wednesday, January 12, 2017 at Einan’s at Sunset Chapel from 1pm-5pm. On Thursday, January 12, 2017 visitation will be held at Events at Sunset starting at 9am, with the Funeral Service to follow at 10am. Graveside service will follow immediately after the service at Sunset Gardens.
Rest in the peace of Christ, Ben. Will never forget your kind, gentle spirit and friendship throughout our formative years as classmates in Junior and Senior High, as well as, Central United Methodist Church.
