Patrica E. (Pat) Cook

            Pat was born in Willow Township, Woodbury County, Iowa on December 22, 1927 to Jay and Margie (Forney) Clark. She passed away Sunday, July 23 2017 in Hospice House, Kennewick, WA.

            In the early 1940’s the Clark family moved to Ashland, Oregon where they farmed and ranched. She was a retired medical clerk and an avid quilter - all hand-stiched!

            In 1955 Pat married Al Cook in Pensacola, Florida. They had two sons, Michael and Steven (deceased). She is survived by son Michael, daughter Mara Brodeur of Medford, Oregon, grandson Ozzie Cook, granddaughter Chandler Cook, brother Kay, sister Lola, sister Jarmaine, sister Cathy, sister Janey and many nieces and nephews.

            Pat was preceded in death by both parents, sister Jean, brother Michael, son Lynn (from a previous marriage) and son Steven Cook.

            Pat will be buried Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland, Washington. At her request, there will be no service. Einan’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

            A memorial celebration of Mom’s life will be held at Mike’s home in Kennewick sometime late in September 2017 at a time when the most friends and relatives can attend.
