LaVeral Arletta (Spence) Vandensteenhoven, 78, of Connell, WA went to Jesus, her Saviour, on September 27th, 2017.  Surviving family members are loving sons, Kenny of Connell and Sjaan (Traci) of Stanwood, WA and grandsons, Branden and Brady. 

Graveside services at Mt. View Cemetery on Saturday Oct. 7, 2017 at 3:00 pm.  A Memorial Service with reception to follow 3:30 pm at Gideon Lutheran Church in Connell.

LaVeral and identical twin LeVea Arlona (Spence) Brown were born at home in Ft. Collin, CO on December 22, 1938. They were born to Kenneth and LeVea (Anderson) Spence.  She married Bastiaan Markus (Sjaan or Dutch) August 27, 1961 in Casper, WY but lived in Connell for remainder of her life.  She worked for Telephone Company in Connell for a number of years. She also worked for Gideon Lutheran church as secretary.  

Her beloved husband Sjaan (Dutch) went to Jesus on December 27th, 2000. Her twin went to Jesus on November 27, 2009. Survived by sister, Kay (Spence) Rathbun of Gresham, OR, nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins
