Albert Lloyd Ehlert of Richland, WA passed away on October 12, 2017, at the age of 79.  Albert was born May 31, 1938, in Orange, NJ to Albert G. and Gertrude Ehlert.  His parents, sister Margaret Ceres, and son John Ehlert preceded him in death.  He was a beloved husband, father of five children, grandfather to nine grandchildren and great grandfather to fifteen.

Following graduation at West Orange High School, Albert joined the Army in 1958.  During his duty at Camp Hanford he met his future wife Patricia.  They have been married for 58 years. 

After his military duty, Albert and his family moved to Seattle, WA where he worked for Boeing Co. as a Missile Mechanic.  It was a short time later he started his career at Hanford with General Electric in 1962 as a Reactor Operator.   Albert retired from Westinghouse in 1994 as a Health Physics Engineer.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am Saturday, October 28, at Christ the King Catholic Church, Richland, WA. Interment will be at Einan’s Sunset Gardens at 2:00pm.
