David Earl Regimbal was born June 2, 1949 in Portland, Oregon to parents Vincent Joseph Regimbal and Lu Dean May (Rouleau) Regimbal. He died suddenly November 19, 2018 in W. Richland, WA. 

David is survived by his domestic partner Helen Diane Hoverson, children Heather Lynn Regimbal and Tammara Ann Yourdan, his sister Rosemary Thomas, his brother V. Eugene Regimbal (Anna Paula).

David was preceded in death by his parents, sister Karen Lee Frances Ryan, brother Thomas Jerald (Jamie Ann), brothers-in-law Richard John Thomas and Michael Patrick Ryan, and his ex-wife Pamela Claus.

He was loved by many. He was a son, brother, cousin, husband, father, uncle, friend. He served in the U.S. Army at Vietnam in the 45th Medical Co. as a helicopter mechanic. He finished his working life with 37 years as a Heavy Equipment Tech for the City of Richland, WA.

He hunted, snowmobiled and loved to be in his jeep off-road in his younger years.  He was an armchair political expert.
