Louella was born June 17th, 1940 in Ava, Missouri and grew up in Finley, WA. She attended Finley Elementary and Hoover High School in Finley. Louella’s brother Oden called her "Honey" when she was small, she didn't realize her actual name was Louella until she started school. While in school she had two best friends, Lorna Davis and -Pat Harrington whom she'll forever be grateful for their friendship.
 
Louella married Donald Leckenby at a young age and they had five beautiful kids.
 
Louella worked in retail for several years. One of her most memorable places of employment was Kirby Co. After retirement Louella became bored and decided to go back to work. She was employed at Altera for seven years before she decided fully enjoy her retirement with her current husband Jim Page.
 
Louella enjoyed fishing with Jim for many years until she had an incident with her hat freezing to her head, she decided fishing wasn't for her anymore.
 
Louella enjoyed Bingo and attending various casinos with her friend Katie Bishop and her sister Donna Faye. Louella also enjoyed traveling to the ocean for vacations, and doing various crafts. After retirement Louella jokingly referred to herself as a "Domestic Engineer".
 
Before Louella passed, she quoted, "I'm going on a fabulous journey". Louella was prepared to move on but she will still be missed.
 
Louella is survived by, husband James Page, Richland WA; daughter Ramy (Jim) Kupukaa Honolulu, HI; daughter Deana (Ruben) Silvas, Kennewick WA: son Robert Leckenby Richland WA; son Joe (Teresa) Leckenby; step daughters Jamie Weaver, Seattle WA, Shari Page Kennewick WA and Darcy (Martel) Acevado, Kennewick, WA.  She also leaves behind her grandkids, James C. Kupukaa, Joseph Kupukaa, Leanne Brown, Ruben Silvas Jr., Robert Leckenby, Crystal Gayles, Rachel Guevara, Amanda Leckenby, Teri Leckenby and step grandchildren, Brandon Callahan, Samantha Michaels, Crystal Acevado, Sabrina Acevado and Savanna Flores; her brothers, Oden (Aline) Sanders and Clifont Sanders; her sisters, Darlene (Jerry) Livingston and Donna (Gary) Walker. Louella has 28 grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
 
Louella is proceeded in death by, son Gene Leckenby, mother Ida Munn, father Henry Oscar Sanders, step father John Munn, sister Helen Shurbet, sister Matilda Liles, brother Raymond Lakey and her step daughter Laurie Watson.

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and held so dear, till we meet again.

Upon request of Louella there will be no funeral services. Louella will be cremated, if you'd like to attend the ceremony of the opening and closing of the niche, services will be held at Sunset Gardens, 915 ByPass Hwy in Richland on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 3:00 pm.
