  • I’m sorry, Steven. With his passing, we’ve both lost parents and all the Phare aunts & uncles. Please take care. I will let my siblings know. Love, your cousin, Sharon (Phare) Glassner

  • Steve
We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of your father.
As you know, Margaret and I lived “down the street” from your mom and dad for more than 46 years, undoubtedly the longest neighbors in the neighborhood.

For years we enjoyed the large goose that your mother decorated for all the seasons of the year; and seeing your mom and dad out in their immaculate yard.

Both always had a smile, and a wave for us as we drove by.

In our view, you were raised by two very loving and caring individuals.

We will miss your parents and their ever-ready greetings.

    With our deep sympathy.

  • I worked for Al at UE&C on WPPSS Units 1 and 4. He was a kind, considerate gentlemen, and a great boss.
