Richard Dennis Gamble

Richard D. Gamble, 65, of Richland, WA passed away on January 22, 2021 at home. He was born on May 15, 1955 in Jackson, MI. Richard was a 13 year resident of the Tri-City area and worked as a Senior Start Up Engineer for Bechtel.

He was always quick witted and loved to travel. He would do his research on our destinations on planned family adventures and find the best food, which he shared with his children. As a young boy he earned his Eagle Scouts through Boy Scouts of America. Richard was a pretty good darn athlete too, he achieved and held onto the record for 10 years at Northwest High School for his 6′ High Jump.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Gamble of Peoria, AZ, son, Derek Gamble of Peoria, AZ, brother, Doug (Susanne) Gamble of Idaho, sister, Lynda (Mark) Little of MI and estranged spouse, Bonita Gamble of AZ.

He was preceded in death by Robert and Betty Gamble.

If you care to send donations please send them to Hillsdale College, Benton Franklin Human Society or American Diabetes Association.

Mr. Gamble’s wished were to be cremated.
