Send FlowersI am saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing. My dad and Connie were Aggie buddies at Texas A&M. I’m curious to know if he ever told you all about a story he and my dad wrote back in 1953 about a Corp guy who got a little tipsy working on the annual bonfire and climbing in between the logs of the stack and fell asleep. I have heard this story for decades, but cannot find a copy where the two published it in either The Battalion or The Commentator. Your dad was also the editor of the publication. Dad is now 90 and spoke highly of your dad. Should you recall this story I would love to know. My dad is Hugh K Higgins Jr.
