I have known Jan all of my life. Growing up, we lived a block away from each other in Richland. Our birthdays were a week apart. We hung out together as much as we could. We shared our clothes when we were in High School. Jan had a great laugh and was fun to be with. She loved to dance and we would go as often as we could and managed to stay out of trouble. So often, she would make macaroni and tomato sauce and I loved going down to her house, slipping in the back door, and eating with her. As we got older, we talked about the good ‘ole days and she remembered so many things that I didn’t remember. She loved her dogs, loved to read, watch old black and white movies, chocolate marshmallow candy and decorating her home. I have a lifetime of memories of Jan. I miss her terribly and think about her almost everyday. Rest in peace, my friend! My deepest sympathy goes to her husband, Steve.
I am deeply sorry. I loved working with her mom and her at Albertsons
