Elizabeth Ann Morton, known by Liz, of Kennewick, WA passed away quietly on February 3,2023.
Liz was born on July 18,1948 to Ellis and Helen Morton in Richland, WA. Liz was next to the youngest of 14 children. She was always very quiet. All of her siblings seem to talk for her and never gave her a chance to answer for herself. Once she got to know someone for herself, she would talk to you. She loved children and babysat many of her nieces and nephews, also took care of children belonging to church families.
Liz was a member of the Apostolic Tabernacle, Kennewick, WA. She loved going to church and would play the tambourine during worship service. She loved her Christian music and had many Christian CDs. She loved to put jigsaw puzzles together and doing word search books. She loved to walk and ride the transit bus around town. Liz never married, but that didn’t stop her from enjoying life.
Liz could tell you her brothers and sisters names in order from oldest to youngest and the month, day, and year they were born.
Liz was preceded in death by her father Ellis Morton, mother Helen Morton, six brothers, Ellis Jr., Richard, Everett, William, Larry, and John. Three sisters Mary, Delores, And Carolyn Johanson passed two days after Liz passed away.
