David A. Clark
David Allen Clark was born on May 14, 1965 in Pasco, WA and passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 8, 2023. He lived in the Tri-Cities for all of his 58 years of life. He graduated from Pasco High School in 1985 where he had many friends. While at Pasco High, he played football and was on the wrestling team where he took 4th in the State Wrestling Championships. He worked at the Hanford Site as a Janitor for 30 years before retiring in 2018. He had a kind heart and was a friend to many. He never met anyone he didn’t like or who didn’t like him. He loved to talk and tell stories, especially about music or fishing. He was an avid sports fan, loved the Washington Redskins, Washington Huskies and the Seattle Mariners. He and his wife Debbie enjoyed going on road trips, the car races, sporting events, wrestling shows and concerts. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and especially fishing and taking pictures. He was loved by everyone he met and will be greatly missed by his entire family and all the friends he has made throughout his life’s journey. David is survived by his wife of 32 years Debbie Clark (Schwegel), his parents Jim and Judy Clark, his brother Michael Clark (Dotty Clark), his Nieces Liz Hentges and Erin Clark, his Aunt and Uncle Sharon and Merlin O’Brien and his Aunt Cathy Rhoads and all his cousins. He was preceded in Death by his Grandparents, Margaret (Nan) Jensen, Morris and Jenny Clark.
I first met David at Longfellow elementary. It has been said before, but David truly was a gentle giant and gentle soul. I will never forget his laugh. It was an honor knowing you David! My sincerest condolences to his family.

May he rest in peace and look over his loving wife Debbie I worked with him out at the Hanford work site we went to serveral tri city atomic hydyplane races went fishing with him on thet tuccanon river p was a great friend saw him at tri city American hockey game and tri city fever arena football game and was a great friend to have around my condolences for his loss to his mom and dad

My condolences to the Clark family. Dave was a gentle giant and I have very fond memories since Steven’s Jr High. He was a great teammate to me and many others.

We will miss Dave, he was a fun person to talk to and be around. I loved going to the Tastee Freeze and he kept me up on the people who worked there. My husband and Dave always had a good time at work and we will really miss him.
