Lucia “Lucky” Kelly, 83, passed away on November 20, 2023, in Richland Washington.
Lucia “Lucky” is survived by Daniel Isley – son, of Portland, OR, Karen Isley – daughter-in-law, Roberta Isley – sister, Lonnie Danner – sister, Jennifer Christine Junkman – granddaughter, Alexander Marcus Junkman – great-grandson, Anna DeMars – granddaughter, Hunter DeMars – grandson.
