Bill, boys, and grandkids, I am so sorry to hear about Rita. She is a most amazing and wonderful person and a dear friend. I know these past few years have been a challenge for you all, but every time I talked with her, she still had that famous Rita positivity and grace. Our hearts are with you as you transition through this significant change in your lives. All our love and prayers.
I worked with Rita for several years. She was such a nice lady, and very good at her job. I was shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. We will definitely miss her!
Karleen, I was so very sorry to hear about Rita’s passing. You and your family are in my prayers. Much love to you.
I am so sorry for your loss. I grew up on the corner of Mahan and Symons across the street from her house. I remember her dogs, her kids and Her Husband Bill. They were alway sweet and caring. I remember they would let us park our cars in the yard when we had family functions and to many cars. I haven’t seen them in 20 years but I have fond memories of her and pray for her family.
Please accept my most heartfelt condolences on the loss of Rita. I worked with her for 20+ years at Fluor. She was the glue that held every proposal together. I will always remember her wonderful smile – which was brightest when she was behind the wheel of her pickup truck. Even though she was taken to heaven far too soon, it gives us peace knowing she’s in the arms of angels.
Heaven received a great saint! So blessed to of had Rita and Bill in my life!! My condolences are with you Bill and your family.
Rita, Peace in heaven. Rest with angels. May the heavenly host guide you in peace.
Peace in heaven. Rest with angels. May the heavenly host guide you in peace.
Rita – you are dearly missed by your Fluor family! You were such a beautiful soul who always had a positive attitude (even during the most stressful proposal times), put the team above yourself and showed unrivaled dedication to the company. Thank you for everything you did for all of us. Your impact will live on forever.
May cherished memories provide comfort and strength.
Thoughts and prayers with you and your family. Sending you love from afar.
I worked with Rita for a few years at Fluor. She was always a pleasure to interact with, and so sweet. I know she was a great mom and wife, but she was also a great motherly figure to our group at Fluor. She was a fountain of knowledge, and was always ready to lend a helping hand. During my first two years at Fluor, she helped me out a lot, and always offered helpful advice. It was an honor to have worked with her and known her – despite never meeting in person. Best wishes to her family and friends, Rita will be dearly missed by all.
My sincere condolences to the Werderman family. I only got to work with Rita for a short time at Fluor in the Proposal Ops department, but she was an absolute doll to me and so very valuable to the team. She will be greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family.
Rita will be deeply missed. She’s been more than a colleague to me, she became a true friend and a phenomenal listener. God bless the entire Werderman family as they go through this difficult time.
Sending lots of love and prayers! You are not alone.
Rita and I were best friends in junior high and signed up for all classes together in our sophomore year of high school. Our family lived kitty corner across the street on Mahan and I spent many, many hours at her home on Symons, even getting my own toothbrush to use after our sleep overs. I remember her chihuahua dogs, especially Peanut. And her Christmas tree that was made from aluminum and rotated with colored lights shining from below. We spent lots of time at Rainbow Girls, attending many Grand Assemblies throughout the state and searching for the traveling gavel at other assemblies close by. And we danced at the DeMolay dances –so much fun. We always had so much fun. We caught up again in Ohio where I was working for Fluor and she was developing a proposal for Fluor. We hadn’t seen each other in years, but remembered those times of youth which were very special. I will miss her.
I will always remember your wonderful smile and welcoming personality. Thank you for always being a friend and a guiding light when things were tough. Thanks for always calling me “kiddo” and making me feel young!
Our deepest condolences on your loss, please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
