Bill David Garner
Bill David Garner, a lover of family and the great outdoors, passed away on April 24, 2024 in Kennewick Washington at the age of 82. Bill was born on March 29, 1942 in La Puente, California.
An avid fisherman, hunter and traveler, Bill spent much of his life exploring nature‘s wonders. He relished good company around the campfire, enjoying a fine cigar and whiskey.
Bill worked for over 30 years at American steel in Kent, Washington but his true passion was the open road. In retirement he and his wife, Margie crisscrossed the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Alaska in their RV. Along with a memorable family trip to Europe.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Margie, his children, David and Lori ;son-in-law Rick, daughter-in-law Monica and four granddaughters who brought him great joy, Abrianna, Gabriela, Mikayla, and Paloma.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and 3 younger siblings.
He led a life enriched by natural beauty, adventure, and the company of his cherished family.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to CAF (Cure Alzheimer’s Fund).
We were able to watch the service on line and donate to Cure Alzheimer’s Fund. It was a beautiful tribute to Bill’s life. He will be missed. Love Matt & Dianne
