Brian Duane Biddle
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brian Duane Biddle, who passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 62 in Richland, Washington. Brian was born the 5th child of 6 to Bernard and Dorothy Biddle on February 19, 1962, in Chico, California. He spent most of his life in Richland. Brian was known for his generous and free-spirited nature. He was a dedicated family man and hard worker, spending many years as an operator, facilities manager, and shift operations manager at various areas of the Hanford site.
Brian was a graduate of Columbia High School (Richland) in 1980 and remained active in the community throughout his life. He dedicated years to coaching youth baseball and basketball, managing the little league field, and was an avid local sports fan. He also had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying hiking, skiing, bicycling, wildlife watching, and recently traveling. Brian married the love of his life, Terese Ann Rosinski, on September 5th, 1984, and remained enamored by her until her passing on August 31, 2021. He also cherished any time spent with his three sons and nine grandchildren, solving puzzles, and spending time with his dogs, which brought him immense joy.
Brian is survived by his sons, Michael (Emily) – Sonrisa, Querida, Tresara; Kevin (Rebecca) – Connor, Lauren, Thomas, Callum; and Joe (Morgan) – Jameson, Kameron. Additionally, he is survived by his brother Frank Biddle and sisters Brenda (Ron) Freeze, Barbara (Stan) Butler, and Niva Cameron. Brian was preceded in death by his wife Terese, father Bernard, mother Dorothy, and brother Donald.
A service to celebrate Brian’s life will be held at Events at Sunset Gardens (915 By Pass Hwy Bldg I, Richland, WA 99352) on August 16 at 11 am. Einan’s at Sunset Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Brian’s kind spirit and loving presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Dad will be forever loved and missed. It is touching to read all the things others have wrote about him as well. Thank you.
Brian was such a lovely person. He always took the time to stay in touch with us. I will miss our hikes in the mountains and listening to how much he loves his family. I am so sorry for all of you to lose both parents so close together. I know he was a great Dad, Grandpa , husband, Uncle and Brother. He will be very missed.
My Deepest sympathies
Going to miss you constantly and often. You was always the good guy , someone who always had a plan . One heck of a true family man, honest and sincere to all. A gentleman and generous soul . I love you Brother.
Brian was a kind soul. He was Matt’s baseball coach and a friend.
Brian, “did the real Slim Shady ever stand up?” Brian, “who let the dogs out?” There’s more…I’ve got more! Maybe I should save them up for when I see you again. They’re picking’ us off down here, man. You may see me sooner than expected. I don’t know. I’ve been wondering, “will you have to listen to every damn word I have to say?” “If you try to get away from me, can I tell, God, on you.” I gotta go, Brian. I wanna write down some stuff so I don’t forget it. You thought it was difficult dealing with me here. Wait ’til you have to deal with me for a REAL eternity!
The world isn’t a better place without you. You were s fun happy go lucky spirit and you will be deeply missed. God bless you Brian my friend and I’ll see you on the other side. Fly high
I am so sad to see Brian passed away. I used to work with Terese. I never have seen two people more in love . I’m so sorry Micheal , Kevin, and Joe. Your parents loved you all so much.
I’m very sorry to hear about the passing of Brian and offer the utmost condolences to all of the Biddles from the Olivers. He will always be known as Mr. Biddle to me and I have many good memories of him while spending time over at the Biddle house when I was growing up.
We were deeply saddened by news of Brian’s tragic death. He spent a lot of time at our house in middle school and high school and we loved having him there….he was definitely one of the “good guys”!!! We send you all our deepest sympathy.
To the BIDDLE boys…
I’m very sorry for your loss of your father, I had just spoken to Brian this spring at the Bomber Gym when they played Gonzaga Prep. Brian was a wonderful man and I enjoyed being a neighbor to the Biddle family as my two boys Brandon and Brock Miller grew up.
My condolences…
