Sandra Shaw, 83, passed away on October 26, 2024, in Kennewick, WA.

Sandi was a caregiver. After working outside the home for a few years, she eventually decided to take on the full time “Grandma Sandi” role and care for her grandchildren, including twins. A name she became most known for to anyone that met her. A lot of work, but she loved every minute of it. And more than anything loved spending time with her family. She spoke her mind and could be feisty, but was a lot of fun and really just loved all the people in her life. She loved to garden and bake. During the holiday season, no one went without a loaf of pumpkin bread, including friends, and friends of friends. A tradition passed on from her mother. She had some close relationships/ friendships that lasted over 60 years, that says a lot in itself for who she was. She truly will be missed by so many.

Sandra is survived by her daughter Jodi Santillie and husband Kevin,

son David Anthis and wife Rosie.

Grandchildren Mack, Abbey, Hailey, KC, Courtney, Michaela, Sara, Chase, Chante and Kyah. Great-grandchildren Dominic, Emersyn, Brooks, Benjamin, Ethan, Ellie, Gio, Jordan, Brooklyn & Dakotah.

Sandra is preceded in death by David McKune – father, Margaret McKune – mother. Per Sandi’s request, no viewings or funeral services will be held
