Sean Eller

Sean Michael Lee Eller, age 27, of Richland, Washington, entered the next stage of his journey on January 15, 2025. Born on July 26, 1997, in Kennewick, Washington, Sean was a radiant spirit who brought warmth, laughter, and boundless energy to all those fortunate enough to know him.
A talented welder at Utility Trailer, Sean took to his craft with a passion that felt like second nature. He was determined, hard-working, and sought to carve out his own path as he pursued entrepreneurial dreams alongside a close friend. Sean’s commitment to personal growth also led him to become a certified personal trainer, where he inspired others to pursue their own fitness goals.
Sean’s warmth extended beyond his career; he was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and cherished the bonds he formed with his family and friends. He was especially close to his brothers, Eli, Wyatt, and Isaac, who were not only his siblings but also his lifelong companions in adventure and joy. He will always be remembered for his heartwarming hugs, filled with love and comfort.
An avid sportsman, Sean embraced a variety of athletic pursuits, but he held a special pride in his achievements as a young rider, winning the coveted buckle and saddle blanket in various horse-riding events. His participation in the Boy Scouts exemplified his adventurous spirit and his commitment to community.
Sean is survived by his father, Michael Eller; mother, Wendy Eller; brothers, Eli, Wyatt, and Isaac; and his beloved grandmothers, Karen Mitchell and Susan Eller. He is also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Larry Eller, William Murray, Linda Murray, and David Mitchell, as well as his cousin, Mariah Waltman.
Sean’s journey was far too brief, and while the world will miss his radiant smile and loving embrace, we choose to celebrate the incredible impact he had on our lives. We will carry his spirit in our hearts, forever inspired by his dream to build a loving family of his own.
Family will gather for a small graveside service that will take place in Greenleaf, Idaho. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Tri-Cities at a future date, to be determined.
He will remain forever in our hearts, and the memories of his endless energy and creativity will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, dear Sean, until we meet again.

  • Oh my heart is broken. When Sean would come to our home he was always very respectful. He had a warm smile, kind eyes, and always made sure everyone felt included. He would even talk to the adults as a young teenager and I found it very refreshing. My prayers go out to his family. May you rest in peace. I will miss you Sean.

  • I worked with Sean at utility and had the pleasure of hanging out with him whe he’d come sit with me at my desk and we’d talk about anything. He was always full of laughter and a good friend to talk to. He would often reach out once I left the job to check on me and my newborn baby! Very sad about the news and condolences to his family! May you rest in peace dude! Much love and thank you for all the good times!

  • I still can’t believe it’s real, you were like a 2nd brother I never had and truly one of my best friends. I’m so grateful to have known you for as long as I have and I especially cherish the memories that we made. It didn’t matter if we were going on drives or walks, talking politics, getting a drink together, or even just hanging out; I enjoyed every minute of the friendship and brotherhood that we forged and the bond we created. I wish we could have continued on in this life, but I know we’ll see each other in our next stage of life. You’ll always be in my heart, I love and miss you bro; I’ll see you soon.
    Yours, Luis

  • This loss hits home… my heart goes out to Sean’s family and I pray for them to heal in time. Sean was a great friend and gave his whole heart to everyone he cared for. He brought light to every room he entered and was always full of positive energy. He was a shoulder to cry on, and the one who made you laugh when you didn’t want to. Truly a coworker turned best friend. I hope you rest easy buddy.
