Mary Van Ryn

Mary Van Ryn passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 63, in Pasco, WA. Born on September 4, 1961, Mary was a vibrant soul known for her love of family, friends, and life itself. She was often regarded as the “Queen” of her community, embracing life with a distinctive flair, highlighted by her love for bling and her favorite color, pink. Mary’s passion for flowers, antiques, and stylish farm living defined her unique spirit. She was a faithful and loving presence in the lives of all who knew her.
Mary is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Van Ryn; children Dale, Michelle, Johnny, Dorothy, Derek, and Amberly; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She also leaves behind her parents, John and Margaret Baioa, and her siblings, Frankie and Jimmy Baioa.
A celebration of Mary’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 14, at 11 am, followed by a graveside service at Einan’s at Sunset in Richland, WA. Mary’s life was a testament to her loving nature and her ability to make every space she entered brighter and more beautiful. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
