Paul Pagaloa Uli

In Loving Memory of Paul Pagaloa Uli

August 8, 1965 — December 8, 2025

Paul Uli, a man of profound faith, a proud veteran, and a devoted family patriarch, was called home to the Lord on December 8, 2025.

A Legacy of Service and Honor

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Paul carried the discipline and honor of his military service throughout his entire life—following in the footsteps of his father as a fellow veteran. That same dedication was evident in his career as a truck driver at Hanford, where he was a respected colleague known for his reliability and integrity. Whether in uniform or behind the wheel, Paul was a man who understood the value of hard work, duty, and commitment to others.

A Life Centered in Faith and Family

Above all, Paul was a servant of God who led his family with love and prayer. He was the beloved husband of Gina (his Angel) and the proud father of Mathew, Ethan, Andrew, Bryce, Ricky, and Jeannie. He took immense joy in his role as a grandfather to Samantha, Elijah, Natalie, Maddie, Conner, and Max.

While Paul’s passing is a great loss, his family finds peace in a beautiful sign of God’s perfect timing: a new grandchild is expected to arrive on August 8, 2026—Paul’s own birthday. The family treasures this as a divine gift, a symbol of God’s goodness and love.

Family Legacy

Paul is survived by his siblings: Princess Salamasina Uli-Roberts, Josephine Uli-Quiocho, Teddy Edward Uli, and Masele Tammy Uli-Navarro, as well as a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Manatua Tilo-Uli and Uli, Solomona Ole Sao O Le Aiga Sa Uli from the Village of Aua, American Samoa. He is now reunited in eternal rest with his siblings: O’lelata Lei Lani Willis, June Uli-Near, Ana Uli-Teo, Solomona Uli Jr., and Richard Pagaloa Uli.

Paul has completed his final journey and is now at rest in the presence of The Lord, Jesus Christ. His family finds comfort in the promise of Scripture: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7).

  • You will be forever missed, Uncle 💙 my favorite memory of you will always be when you stayed with us while visiting and you introduced me to mayo sandwiches 😂 I don’t like them now, I don’t even think I really liked them then 😂 I think I just liked them because you liked them 😂 but I will always cherish your warm vibes, welcoming arms, and loving heart 💙 I wish I could’ve recorded our last phone call so I could still hear your voice…

  • Paul was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, brother in law, son, and friend. His wife, Gina, has been a dear friend for many years, and I know she absolutely ADORED him. We are grateful that he knew Jesus as a Savoir and forever friend. We all look forward to seeing him again. Rest well, dear Paul.

  • Paul wore many titles in his life: Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend. The common thread in every role was his integrity, warmth, and a quiet strength. Though Paul is no longer with us, the impact of his friendship and the depth of his family’s love serves as a testament to the man he was. Paul will be deeply missed, but his Spirit lives on in the stories we tell and the love we continue to share in his honor.

  • With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Paul, a devoted husband, cherished family member and loyal friend. Paul’s life was defined by his quiet strength, his generous spirit and the deep love he held for his wife, Gina, whom he would affectionately call his Angel. Their bond was a testament to partnership, faith and unwavering devotion.
Paul leaves behind a legacy of kindness, integrity and warmth.
He touched the lives of every one that knew him- through his laughter, his steady presence and the way he made others feel seen and valued.
Though his time here ended far too soon, the love he gave remains a lasting light.
As we grieve this profound loss, we hold Gina especially close. Her love was Paul’s greatest joy, and his spirit will continue to walk beside her in every quiet moment, every sunrise and every memory they shared.
May Paul rest in peace, and may Gina find comfort in knowing that his love endures beyond this life.
