Steven Chappell

Steven Mace Chappell sadly passed away on 1/11/2026 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA at the age of 39.
Steven was born in St. Paul, MN to Dave and Jacque Chappell. One and a half years later he moved to Kennewick,  where he was raised by his mom Jacque and dad Carl King. Steven grew up in the Tri-Cities, and was a pure and loving heart. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone, and he was known to help strangers and family with anything they needed. His generosity was seen and felt by many. By being such a kind hearted person, he made a point to make sure he was an organ donor on his license since he first got one at age 16. He would be so happy knowing that he is helping others by donating his organs. Steven was a great help to his family, and will be sorely missed by anyone who knew him.
He is survived by his mom, Jacque King, his Father; David Chappell, his brothers; Dave and Mike King, and cousin; Dave DeVere.
Steve is proceeded in death by his dad; Carl King, aunt; Betty DeVere, and uncle Denny DeVere.
Services were held privately at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
