James “Jim” P. Oliver II
James Patrick Oliver II, 62 years of age, passed away in his Richland, WA home on May 16, 2026. He was born in Pasco, WA to Patrick and Nelda Oliver. James retired from the City of Richland as a Building Official after many dedicated years of service.
He was passionate about construction, cooking, and music.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; daughter, Emily; grandchildren Jackson, Reagan, Peyton, and Carson; sisters Kelly and Patti; and brother, Tim.
Per James wishes, no service will be held. He will be laid to rest with his late son, Tyler. Susan and Emily want to sincerely thank all the family, friends, neighbors, and medical staff who cared for James during his time of need.
May you now be at peace, James – mind, body, and soul.
