Theron Keith Cordray

In Loving Memory of Theron Keith Cordray
Theron Keith Cordray, 80, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2026, in Richland, Washington. Born on August 9, 1945, Keith lived a life defined by hard work, integrity, generosity, and an unwavering love for his family.
Keith dedicated his career to excellence, serving as a Quality Control Manager at IMC until his very last day. Throughout his career, he also worked on the Hanford Site Reservation and was a respected Lead Auditor. He took immense pride in his work and earned the admiration of colleagues through his knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing every job the right way.
Outside of work, Keith had a passion for coaching youth football. For many years, he coached the Grid Kids Colts, where he made a lasting impact on countless young athletes. More than teaching football, he taught discipline, teamwork, confidence, and perseverance. The lessons he shared reached far beyond the field and will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
Keith was a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers and the Washington State Cougars, rarely missing an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams. But above all else, his greatest joy was his family. He was the kind of man who would do anything for the people he loved. His strength, kindness, loyalty, and steady presence made everyone around him feel supported and cared for.
Keith is survived by his beloved wife, Lana; his eldest son, Brian; his younger son, Matthew, and Matthew’s wife, Amy; his granddaughters, Mackenzie and Emma; and his great-granddaughters, Braelynn and Malia. His family was the center of his world, and the love he shared with them will remain a lasting gift.
Keith’s legacy is one of love, service, dedication, and selflessness. He leaves behind a family who adored him, friends who respected him, and a community made better by his presence. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00pm on September 12th, 2026 at 1580 Helm Drive, Pasco, WA 99301. Food, drinks and tons of memories to be shared that wonderful day.

  • Dear family,, I have known Keith since he was 13 and he would visit Lana. My parents would bring me to The Dalles just about every summer to spend it with the Harwood family. As children our Grandfather called us Trinket and Treasure and we held those monikers for many years. Keith was always around, he was crazy about Lana. he was the most lovable man and embraced Lana’s family including me. I loved him dearly as my cousins husband. my favorites. l cried when news of his passing reached me. I will never forget him. Rest Well dear Keith, you are so loved

  • I’ve known Keith for over 45 years. He was a unique individual. He lived by his own rules and had a strong faith. He was a great man and true friend. He coached many young kids and molded their character. He helped make good young men of his boys. We thought a lot of him and your mom. I think of him every day!! He will be sorely missed!

  • You were such a great family man who always included Cam and I with open arms. Thank you for all the fun memories, especially the WSU/Stanford game and all the Cougar events you included us in. It was a treat to go to dinner with you and Lana last month and I’m glad we got to spend that time together.
    Rest easy, Keith.

  • Keith was one of a kind. Kind, thoughtful, loving, scary, and a horrible driver but above all else he was an incredible family man. His passion for the Niners was unheralded. He played a very integral part in my life and I will be forever grateful. He will be sorely missed and the world is a little darker without him but wherever he is….just got a lot brighter. Rest in peace, Keith
